Stephanie Fisher

Stephanie Fisher is a Houston native that has craved being on stage since even before the third grade when she got the part of the narrator in her class play. Could it be because she knew everyone’s lines? Perhaps. But seems to me like she knew how to get parts, even back then. Fast forward to now and Stephanie is still on stages! She delved into comedy in 2009 by doing stand-up before venturing into the world of improv in 2012. Not only has she taken classes at ComedySportz, she graduated from Station Theater, has been a cast member in over ten of their house troupes, and is currently in the house troupe, Ladies Nite at Beta Theater. Performing in festivals is one of her fave things and so far she has done just that in Trill Comedy Festival, the Houston Improv Festival, Big Sexy Weekend of Improv, and the Miami Improv Festival. She is also one half of the production company Josh & Steph Present which producer and co-host of the Blanket Fort Standup Party. Her new movie reviewing podcast (it’s like her baby) is called Pot and Plot and can be found on iTunes and Stitcher.
